  6. I want you to have fun and not feel so pressured to be perfect.

  7. I want you to understand how to manage stress and cope with it in different and healthy ways. It will be one of your most important tools to learn.

  8. I want you to openly love because it's the greatest gift to yourself and others.

  9. I want you to be brave and look within because that's where this all begins.
