Emily has provided me with amazing growth in strength, mobility and athleticism. Before I worked with Emily I was out of shape and unmotivated. Now I am in the best shape of my life and I have been performing much better in the sports I play. Emily has a great program, she starts by identifying where you are currently at physically and then works with you to develop your goals. Then she develops a program specifically for you. For me, my first goal was to get back into shape and get stronger. So our first couple month a of training was focusing on building core strength and moving up gradually to get the correct form. Now I am working on more explosive movements to help me improve my performance in volleyball, and I have noticed that I can jump much higher and can play for longer. Overall Emily can help anyone that is looking to improve their fitness and can work with all levels of experience!
